ABOUT US

Founded in 2025

Eden's Muse was founded by Chrissy Sloat in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Born from a desire to create a cohesive brand for all of her design endeavors, Chrissy ultimately formed the company with a distinct goal of creating what she felt Edmond could use more of:

...a local hub of creativity that easily connects residents and creatives, giving our community ample opportunities to enjoy life's unique and beautiful details.

Chrissy graduated in 2010 from the University of Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor of Fine Art in Art: Film/Video/Photography, with a Minor in Art History.

She's lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, England, California, Utah, and Florida, all before settling in Oklahoma in 2007. She spent 6 months in Edmond and decided she doesn't ever want to leave! She now has three kids with her husband Cameron. They enjoy spending time together playing outside, trying out local restaurants, and are big Thunder fans.

With a professional art background as a lifestyle, portrait, and birth photographer, Chrissy has cultivated a passion for creating and documenting the many aspects of life and nature, human or otherwise. Over the years, she has expanded her artistic "muse" to include interiors and florals, incorporating natural elements into our everyday spaces.

As her kids have grown, Chrissy has often wished there were more creativity-based event options for parents and kids to enjoy together, specifically in Edmond. Her years working as a financial manager gave Chrissy the confidence to additionally pursue her dream and form the creative endeavor: Eden's Muse.
